Live chat sessions can now be automatically terminated based on configurable timeout rules.
Timeout Types:
agent_based
: Timer starts after the last message from the agent.last_message_based
: Session closes after a fixed time, regardless of who sent the last message.

Help Text: “If set to 0 or left empty, session timeout is disabled.”
Chat routing behavior is now configurable by system administrators.

: Evenly distributes chats in order of availability.
