Turn survey responses into statistics, Excel exports and dashboard charts.
After you have shared a survey and collected responses, you can review the results in the statistics screen.
In the Survey menu, click the Survey Result button to go to the statistics screen.
Once the screen opens, your survey results are displayed and ready to review.
From here you can take further action with your results — see Exporting the Survey Data below.
You can download all survey responses to your computer for offline analysis or archiving.
On the Survey Result screen, click the Excel Export button. The responses are downloaded to your computer as an Excel file in .xlsx format.
For question types that collect media files — such as PDFs, images or videos — click the download symbol on the response to retrieve the media files shared by survey participants separately.
Survey responses can also be displayed graphically, giving you a more meaningful view of participant answers.
On the Survey Result screen, click the View button.
The screen that opens shows your survey responses graphically, so you can review your participants' answers in a more meaningful way.
You can pin survey response charts to the Cxperium Dashboard to monitor results directly from your main screen.
Identify the chart with the survey responses you want to display on the Dashboard.
Click the Move to Dashboard button at the top right of that chart.
Once added, the chart is visible on the Dashboard screen, so you can monitor survey response data directly from your main dashboard.
