Create Enterprise License Linked Sub User Accounts

Holders of a PollBot Enterprise license can create additional user accounts within their system that are able to create and modify surveys.

1. Start a new user

   Select the "New User" button.

2. Enter the contact details

   Input the new user's contact information.

3. Assign role and status

   Assign both a "Role" and a "Status" to the account, then create the user.

The role and status you choose determine what the new account can do:

• Active status — when the status is set to Active, the newly created user can access and use the system with the credentials provided.
• Admin role — when assigned the admin role, the user gains the authority to create and edit surveys.
