Permissions.

Manage who can do what in Cxperium — create users, define department roles and fine-tune access with role-based permissions.

Permissions

The Permissions section is where you manage user access and organizational roles in Cxperium. You create users and assign them to roles that define what they can do in the system.

User Permissions lets administrators edit existing users and add new ones. Every new user must be assigned to a role to establish their access level:

  1. Create the user

    Click the "New User" button.

  2. Fill in the required information

    Complete the user's information fields.

  3. Assign a role

Assign the user to one of the roles defined in the Roles section below.

Roles Permission is the permission management tool that represents the departments of your organization. Each role can have its own abilities and access limits, and users assigned to a role inherit that role's restrictions:

  1. Create the role

Click "New Role" and provide a name for the role.

  2. Save

Save the role. You are then redirected to the Permission Pages.

  3. Configure the permissions

On the Permission Pages, configure exactly which capabilities the role grants.

Role permissions are grouped into the following categories:

  • CRM Permission — governs access to customer relationship management features and contact management capabilities.
  • Ticket Permissions — controls access to the helpdesk ticket system and ticket management functions.
  • Tags Permissions — manages the ability to create, edit and assign contact tags for organization.
  • Survey Permissions — regulates access to survey creation, distribution and analysis features.
