Settings & Integrations.

Company settings, API key creation, webhook integration and custom number configuration — the advanced integration guides for your Cxperium workspace.

Company Settings

In the Company Settings section you can configure how WhatsApp notifications are delivered and add your company logo to your workspace.

  • Send WhatsApp notifications directly — deliver notifications to users straight over WhatsApp.
  • Add a company logo — upload your logo so your brand appears across the platform.
  • Direct forwarding — direct WhatsApp forwarding closes the bridge page between users and Cxperium, so users reach the conversation without an intermediate step.

API Creation and Connection Operations

Manage the API keys used to connect Cxperium to your own applications. All API key operations live in the Integration section of the Profile menu.

  1. Open the Integration section

Navigate to the Integration section found in the Profile menu. API key management is done through the API Key field.

  2. Generate a new API key

Use the Generate button to create a new API key for your integration needs.

  3. View your API information

The View Collection button displays a JSON file containing your API details.

  4. Copy the API key

Use the Copy function to duplicate your API key so it can be used in external applications.

Webhook Integration

Use webhooks to benefit from advanced integration capabilities within Cxperium. Setting up a webhook connection takes three steps.

  1. Access the webhook settings

Open the webhook integration buttons to start configuring the connection.

  2. Configure the integration parameters

Set the integration address, specify the operational timeframes and designate which surveys will use the webhook connection.

  3. Activate the connection

Once these settings are configured, the webhook connection becomes operational.

The setup requires defining the following elements:

  • Integration address — the destination URL that will receive the webhook calls.
  • Working time — the timeframes in which the webhook is active.
  • Survey selection — the surveys that will trigger the webhook.

Cxperium Number Change – Add a Custom Number

You can replace the default Cxperium number with a custom number that belongs to your business.

  1. Open the Custom Number screen

Access the Custom Number button in the Profile menu to start the process of adding a custom number.

  2. Enter your provider information

Enter the information provided by the company from which the custom number service was purchased.

This service is also provided by the Cxperium Team — contact us if you would like us to handle the setup for you.
