After logging into Cxperium, click the Survey button in the left menu.
On the survey screen, click the NEW SURVEY button on the right side to open the survey creation form.

After adding your survey questions, you can test the experience before publishing.
Click the Preview area to view the survey you created as a WhatsApp demonstration. This lets you test the participant experience before publication.
To change the main features of the survey, click the Edit button and update the survey configuration.
To add questions, open the Survey menu, select Survey Details, then click Add Questions. Cxperium offers a range of question types to match the answers you want to collect.

Instead of building from scratch, you can choose a template that matches your goal and edit it. All you need to do is pick a template and import it.
Click the Survey Template button to browse the available templates.
The available survey templates are listed on screen — preview them and select the one that fits your goal, then import it.
On the Survey Edit screen you can add new questions to the template, delete existing questions and change settings such as Add GDPR.
You can add conditions to survey questions to create branching behavior. Depending on a participant's answer — for example a specific NPS score — the survey can skip questions, jump to a particular question or end entirely.
Click the options button under the survey question you added, then select the Logic object.
Set the rule that should trigger for a given answer value: skip a question, move on to a designated question or end the survey.
Example conditions for an NPS question:
With the Predefined Data feature, you can prepare a clone of a survey you have built and run audience-specific analysis on the results.
On the Survey screen, press the dropdown button next to the survey to view and create predefined data entries.
Click the Add button to open the screen for creating a Predefined Data entry, then fill in the fields below.
For example, a garment retailer sends satisfaction surveys across all of its store locations. Without classification, the responses produce only a general dataset. With Predefined Data, the responses can be segmented by store, enabling audience-specific analysis instead of aggregated results.
Once your survey is ready, sharing it takes a single click.
On the Survey page, click the Copy Survey Link button. This copies a shareable link for your survey.
Distribute the copied link across the platforms and channels where you want to collect responses.
If you want to turn a survey link created in Cxperium into a QR code, you can convert and download it with the Generate QR button.
Go to the survey you have already created in Cxperium.
Click the Generate QR button to convert the survey link into a QR code and download it.
The downloaded QR code is ideal for distributing your survey through printed materials and physical media, where scanning offers the most convenient access.
