Ticket.

Create, organize and track tasks with the Cxperium ticket system — from the first request to the closed ticket.

Introduction of Ticket System

The ticket system lets you manage, organize and track tasks efficiently within Cxperium.

To create a ticket:

  1. Open the Ticket section

Click the "Ticket" button on the sidebar.

  2. Start a new ticket

Click "New Ticket" to create a task.

  3. Fill in the information and save

Complete the required fields listed below, then click the "Save" button. After saving, Cxperium automatically sends a notification to the contact.

The ticket form contains the following fields:

  • Subject — the title of your ticket.
  • Contact — the person who will track the ticket.
  • Assignee — the person responsible for completing the ticket.
  • Tags — categorization labels for organizing tickets.
  • Message — detailed information; documents can be attached here.

Once a ticket exists, the ticket panel offers a set of editing features:

  • Change Ticket Details — modify the assignee, due date and tags of the ticket.
  • Audit Section — track the process and full history of the ticket.
  • Comment Area — add comments to keep the contact informed about task progress; media files can be attached to comments.
  • Private Note Area — create private notes visible only to you, with media attachments supported.
  • Delete or Print — remove the ticket entirely or print it from the ticket panel.

Every ticket carries one of four statuses. Changing the status triggers a notification to the contact person:

  • New — a newly created ticket.
  • Open — the ticket is currently being worked on.
  • Pending — the ticket is awaiting completion.
  • Closed — the ticket is completed.
